How much is the shipping cost?

How can you track your order?
From the moment your order leaves, we keep you updated: you will receive an email with a code to track the package and the name of the courier. Thus, you can always know where your order is and when it will arrive at its destination.

Our promise on returns and refunds
Hello! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not, here is how we can help you:
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to change your mind. If it has been more than 15 days, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or the ability to exchange the item, but please contact us anyway! We will do what we can to find a solution.

- Item Condition: To be eligible for return, the item must be as you received it: unused and in its original packaging. It’s as if you never opened it!

How to Return Your Purchase

On shipping charges: I understand that returning an item can be a bit of a hassle. For this, I would like to remind you that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. I know, it is not ideal, but it is a common practice. If your return results in a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Delivery time for replaced items: Depending on where you are located, the time to receive your new item may vary. But don’t worry, we will do our best to make the wait as short as possible.
Helpful Tip: If you decide to return an item of a certain value, consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring the shipment. That way, although hopefully it won’t happen, if the package gets lost along the way, you’ll be covered.
Your Refund Is in Good Hands: As soon as your return arrives at its destination, we get right to work checking it. As soon as we finish, you will receive an email from us to confirm the arrival of the item and to inform you of the outcome of your refund.
If the Ref und is Approved: Overjoyed to give you good news: if the refund is approved, we will proceed with the crediting immediately! You will see the credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, usually within 3 business days.
